PIAA Girls’ Track & Field Individual Champions

Below you will find links to each Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) individual girls’ track & field champion(s) from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) by event. Each classification event champion and additional student-athletes from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) have qualified for the PIAA Championships since its inception, with PIAA District VII claiming a total of 250 individual and relay team state champions in the sport since 1980.

10 student-athletes have won three or more PIAA individual track & field titles in a specific event since 1980, and student-athletes that won four championships in an event are in italics.
