WPIAL Girls’ Swimming & Diving Team Champions
The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned team champions in girls’ swimming & diving since 1973. The 2022-2023 season marks the WPIAL’s 51st year of competition in the sport, and saw North Allegheny (3A) and Mt. Pleasant (2A) claim championships in their respective classifications.
Seven different schools have won multiple WPIAL girls’ swimming & diving team titles, with North Allegheny’s 27 being the most in league history. The other schools who have two or more are: Bethel Park (20), Oakland Catholic (11), Shady Side Academy (4), Mt. Lebanon (3), West Allegheny (3), Mt. Pleasant (2), and Northgate (2).
