PIAA Boys’ Tennis Doubles Champions

The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) has crowned doubles champions in boys’ tennis since 1942. Each classification champion and additional student-athletes from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) have qualified for the PIAA Championships since its inception, with PIAA District VII claiming a total of 28 state doubles champions in the sport.

Just one WPIAL student-athlete has captured multiple PIAA doubles crowns  – North Allegheny’s Jared Isaacs in 2014 and 2015.

A full list of doubles champions by year and classification can be found below. The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
