2023 WPIAL Wrestling Tournament Central

The 2023 WPIAL Wrestling Championships will take place on January 30-February 4 (2A & 3A Team), February 24-25 (2A Individual), and March 3-4 (3A Individual).

Each classification champion and additional teams and individuals qualify for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Wrestling Championships. In team competition, the top four finishers in 2A and the top three finishers in 3A will qualify for the PIAA Wrestling Team Championships.

The brackets in the table above will be updated as results are reported to the WPIAL office.  Information for the 2023 WPIAL Wrestling Championships can be found below.

WPIAL 2A Team Championships: Saturday, February 5 at Chartiers-Houston HS (12:00 PM start)
– Semifinals and finals to be held on February 5; previous rounds to be held on January 30 and February 1 at various sites
WPIAL 3A Team Championships: Saturday, February 5 at Peters Township HS (10:00 AM start)
– Semifinals and finals to be held on February 5; previous rounds to be held on January 30 and February 1 at various sites
WPIAL 2A Individual Championships: February 24-25 at Chartiers Valley HS
– Section Tournaments to be held on Saturday, February 18 at various sites
PIAA Southwest 2A Regional Championships: March 3-4 at Altoona HS
WPIAL 3A Individual Championships / PIAA Southwest 3A Regional Championships: March 3-4 at Canon-McMillan HS
– Section Tournaments to be held on Saturday, February 25 at various sites

Section Tournament ticket prices will be $5 for students and $7 for adults on GoFan, and all tickets at the gate will be $10.
