The 2023 WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys’ Volleyball Championships will begin on Monday, May 15. Teams qualify for the WPIAL tournament by finishing in the top four of their respective sections following the regular season. Championship and third-place matches will be held from Thursday, May 25 at Peters Township High School.

Each classification champion and second and third-place teams qualify for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Boys’ Volleyball Championships.

The results in the table will be updated as they are reported to the WPIAL office. Information for the 2023 WPIAL/UPMC Boys’ Volleyball Championships can be found below.
