PIAA Boys’ Swimming & Diving Individual Champions

The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) has crowned individual champions in boys’ swimming & diving since 1970. Each classification event champion and additional student-athletes from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) have qualified for the PIAA Championships since its inception, with PIAA District VII claiming a total of 262 individual and relay team state champions in the sport.

Below you will find links to each champion(s) by event, as well as a list of the five WPIAL student-athletes who won three or more PIAA individual swimming & diving titles in a specific event.
