WPIAL Baseball Champions

The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned champions in baseball since 1914. The 2023 season marks the WPIAL’s 110th year of competition in the sport, and saw TBD (6A), TBD (5A), Hopewell (4A), TBD (3A), Seton LaSalle (2A), and TBD (1A) capture their respective classification’s championship.

12 different schools have won five or more WPIAL baseball titles, with North Allegheny’s eight being the most in league history. The other schools who have reached five or more are: Allegheny (7), McKeesport (7), California (6), Neshannock (6), Pine-Richland (6), Ellwood City (5), Hopewell (5), Mt. Lebanon (5), Riverside (5), Shaler (5), and West Allegheny (5).
