The 2023 WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys’ & Girls’ Lacrosse Championships will begin on Monday, May 15. Teams qualify for the WPIAL tournament by finishing in the top four of their respective sections following the regular season. Championship games will be held from May 24-25 at Joe Walton Stadium on the campus of Robert Morris University.

Each classification champion and additional teams qualify for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Boys’ & Girls’ Lacrosse Championships. The amount of designated PIAA qualifier spots can be found on each bracket.

The results in the table will be updated as they are reported to the WPIAL office. Information for the 2023 WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys’ & Girls’ Lacrosse Championships can be found below.
